Feel free to shout it any time, i'm still absorbing it. I actually hadn't seen these pics in a while - i found some "before" pics last night and was just shocked. I mean, I knew I was half the person I used to be weight wise, but I had no idea what that looked like until I saw some of these pics.

You are doing fantastic. 73 lbs in your short amount of time is amazing. I went from 308 and am now at 153-155lbs depending on the day, lol. I don't ever regret my sleeve, it gave me a life, I never thought possible! This is my before and my most recent after.
