Courtney and Jo -- you both look FABULOUS!!!!! i love both pics. gotta get some new ones since i'm down 105 so i probably look a little better than last time i did it! sometimes i feel like a slow loser, but then, i'm at the slow-down stage and also not totally (really much) rigid about things like only eating 600-800 cals. in fact i was specifically told not to go below 1200!

anyway, you guys ROCK!!!!! so glad for you!!!! (((((hugs))))

You know it's not all about the speed! Hugs back atcha! You can get it off at your own comfy pace.. and if you aren't where you want to be in whatever time-frame you decide, you know you can work it to go lower if you want! 105 is NOTHING to sneeze at!

I didnt really need any more dressed, but i got this dress from Marshall's for $20 or something crazy like that - I would pay $20 any day for a piece of cloth that makes me look and feel super skinny :)
