B- 3 PC Ready Bacon (extra thin), 1 oz Cheese Stick / 12oz Decaff Coffee w/ 2 mini Creamers (7'11)

L- 2oz Canned Chicken w/ Little RF Mayo, 1 oz Cheese Stick

S- Greek Peach Yogurt (3oz)

D- 2oz Canned Chicken w/ Little RF Mayo, 1 oz Green Beans

Liquids- 44oz
Vit- None yet
Exercise- Attempting The Treadmill (Hurt Foot)

B: Dannon Oikos plain nonfat BORING greek yogurt (but sweetened with crystal light lemonade!!)
S: String Cheese
L: 3 oz. of Costco Chicken (but probably only 2.5 oz. so I can eat a few tomato slices)
S: ???
D: Chocolate protein Shake with PB2

Water: 2 cups only so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: at least 45 min. of some type of cardio today

My fun weekend of drinking jacked me up with carb cravings up the yin-yang!!!  I am determined to get back on track today!!!!

B: 1 hard cooked egg, 1 slice bacon, 1 Tbs low fat cream cheese
L: 2 oz tuna with a dab of low fat mayo
S: 1 c ff milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 teas green tea powder, 3 slices frozen no sugar peaces...1 equal and blend it all up
D: 2 oz chicken and yes sliced cucumbers probably just 2 slices after the chicken
S: 1 mozzerella stick



Water: half done the rest later
Vitamins: same as above

 L: chili with cheese and fage 0%
 D: 2 oz shrimp with ****tail sauce
 S: cucumber with fage ranch dip
PMS: 1 slice of bacon

 B - 2 eggs scrambled with scallions and a little parmesan cheese
       1/2 cup of coffee with 1 york peppermint creamer
L - spinach balls (another recipe from the bariatricfoodie blog, I love her!) - not sure how many I will be able to eat yet, they are cooking as i type...
D - chicken breast marinated in fat free ceasar italian dressing, coated lightly with italian bread crumbs and 1 slice of swiss cheese melted on top and hopefully some more of the spinach ball concoction...
S - ate about 5 bites of popcorn with my nephew earlier...

VItamins - done except calcium for the night
Water - 1/2 way there 
Exercise - played outside a little with the nephew, still home fighting off the pneumonia, so giving the exercise a little break

L: Iced Latte (6oz vanilla coffee, 1tbs FF (french vanilla creamer) and 1 scoop of Bariatric Advantage Iced Latte protein powder.
D: Salmon (2oz) and broccoli.
S: 2 colby jack cowpals snack cheese (3/4oz each) and 4 roasted garlic woven wheat crackers.
S: Not sure yet.

Exercise: Swimming later.
Vits: 1/2 done
