Whatcha Eating Today (Tues. 5-22) VSGers??

6 oz. skim milk
5.5 oz. V8 veggie juice
B: 3oz hamburger with reduce fat american cheese (1 slice)
L: 3 oz hamburger with reduced fat american cheese (1 slice) and 1 oz cheeze stick
D: Don't know yet but probably Tuna with low fat ranch dressing
Vit: need rest of calcium, multivitamin
Water: Almost 34 oz.

B: 4oz of a Pure Protein shake (made with FF milk that has 12g protein per 8oz), 1/4 of a banana from the freezer & 1 squirt of sugar-free Hershey's chocolate syrup.
L: 5oz of a Slim Fast (high protein/low carb) RTD shake...leftover from yesterday. 15 mins later, I ate one (light) stick of string cheese.
D: 3oz of grilled chicken fajitas, some grilled peppers & onions, a tiny bit of grated cheddar (maybe 1/2 an oz?) and a dollop of plain nonfat Greek yogurt. I made it into a "protein-style" taco (wrapped in a green leaf of a lettuce -- not Iceberg). I ate maybe 2/3 of the lettuce and savored everything else. I missed having tacos!
Water: 40oz so far.
Vitamins: Still have one left.
Exercise: I'm getting my rump on the elliptical in about an hour.

on soft foods for 5 more weeks
