L: 1/2 Small Wendy's Chili
D: 3 Small Grilled Shrimp, 1/2 Chicken Skewer (small), 1 Beef Skewer (small), 1/4c of zuchinni & squash
S: 1/2 Chicken Skewer and 1 Beef Skewer

Water: Done
Vits: Not so much

Didnt feel like eating food today.
Breakfast  : GNC Total Lean Shake
Lunch:  1 scrambled egg with 1/2 pc cheese, 2 sausage links
Supper : Protein Shake

Water : still drinking
Vitamins : Done
