Will you share some stats with me, how tall are you?  How many calories and carbs are you eating right now? I will be in a better place to give advice if I know the answer to these questions.

You are going to be fine. The best thing you can do is just go with it. You arent going to waste away to skin and bones, your body is going to adjust and your loss will slow so make the most of this time of increased losing. Losing slower will not make much difference in skin, hair loss, etc. What is going to happen is going to happen so dont fight it.

There were time I was worried about losing too quickly and so I snacked on some junk, but its not a habit I wanted to continue. Its a slippery slope sometimes.

You cannot force yourself to eat more than your stomach can hold but you can eat more calorie dense food if you are concerned.  If you want to add calories eat some avocado or peanut butter or add in some healthy fats in the form of oils.

I will defer to the vets in terms of evaluating your food plan, but I just wanted to say I can *completely* freak out when losing weight.  I essentially plateaued for in the low 190s for 5 or 6 weeks then I've lost 12 pounds in three weeks.  Complete freak out time!  It helps for me to recognize that sometimes it's just plain frightening to get smaller, and to tell myself I will get used to it.  Good luck!!
