 Sorry I missed yesterday went home early!

B- 1 Scrambled Egg, 1/2 Cheese Stick, 2  Thin Pieces of  Microwave Ready Bacon

S- 1 cup of unsweet Almond Milk, 1 Scoop of Unjury Protein Powder, 3 Splenda's

L- 2oz of Refried Beans, 1oz mini Pep.

D- Not Sure Yet?

Water-  So Far 16oz
Exercise- 1 mile Walking Later Tonight

I'm doing horrible today!  First time in  3 months I haven't planned breakfast and lunch.  I ran out of egg bites!

B: Premier chocolate protein smoothy with a 1/4 of a frozen banana, 1 frozen strawberry, and some decaf coffee
2B: Oatmeal with dried fruit
L: IDK!!!
Dinner: Turkey meatballs with marinara

Water: Not enough
Vits: Yes
Exercise: 10mins on treadmill and 20 mins on bike
                   SW: 227              GW: 150            HT: 5'6"

B: 1 hard cooked egg, 1 slice bacon, 1 Tbs low fat cream cheese
S: 1 mozzerella stick
L: 1/2 cup black bean soup with some raw onion on top
S: 1 c. ff milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 3 slices fozen no sugar peaces
D: Caesar salad, no croutons with grilled shrimp (this usually lasts me for 3 meals after I eat my portion unless my son gets hold of it!)


Water: half done
Vitamins: some this a.m. and somethis p.m.

Exercise: no  :( I have not begun any exercise yet

 SuzanneR:  Did you make the Black Bean Soup? If so HOW? If not where did it come from??

 the soup is easy. soak a bag of black beans over night. then add enough water to cover them 2 inches. put in one whole peeled red onion and 2 large bay leaves. Simmer til tender. you may need to add more water. the pot should be covered. when they are almost done add 2 tbs olive oil and 2 tablspns vinegar. i also add a few shakes oregano. cook til done serve with chopped onion and chopped egg. add salt and pepper too after its cooked.

D: Trader Joe 1/2 salmon burger or 1/2 turkey burger...haven't decided yet!
S: Sugar Free Popsicle

Water: 4 cups in
Vitamins: 1/2 way done
Exercise: Taking kids to park and for a nature walk this afternoon

 Ametzger:  How are the Salmon Burgers are they really good Dry?  And the Chicken Burger I think Ive seen those they looked really good how much protein do you remember? Thanks

Water- OMG, I am way behind!  Just realized I've only had 16 oz.  Need to catch up!

Haven't planned out the entire day just yet- but so far:

B1: Syntrax Mint Cookie shake w/ almond milk
B2: HB devilled egg made with GY
L: leftover bite (prob .5oz) fish, string cheese.. maybe some lunch meat.. maybe
D: pork chop marinated in PB flour, sesame oil and thai coconut curry.. it's an experiment, cuke salad
S: maybe? Don't know..

Vites: always
Water: yep!
Activity- does running around packing for a camping trip count??

S: greek yogurt with fresh blueberries
L: small cup of Panera french onion soup
S: 1/2 of my small greek salad from Panera
D: grilled turkey loin
S: protein shake because I know I will be low on protein since I didnt have protein for lunch.. I know I know.. BAD GIRL!
