I'm 3.5 weeks post-op I really think I got a Stall going on. I weigh at the Doc office next Tuesday. My home WW Scale is off by 4 lbs and it still says the same weight.

WHAT DO YOU DO FOR A STALL, IS THERE A WAY TO BREAK IT?   I was hoping it wouldn't happen to me!

This is the first of many stalls more than likely.
Just hang in there and keep doing what you know to do. the weight will drop. Sometimes our bodies need to catch up.

Stalls happen.  They happen to everybody.  Just like everything else they tend to be very personal.  Some people's are majo and last weeks, some peoples just days.  Sometimes people will actually gain a little.

As for why hey happen, there are numerous biological processes at work.  the short of it is, your body is undergoing massive changes in. Short amount of time nd just needs to catch up.  You will often find that your measurements shrink while the scale does not.

The only guaranteed method to break as tall is to just stay on your plan, IMO.  The weight I'll come off.  Som people up protein and water, some up exercise, some up carbs.  Again, it's very specific.
