Whatcha Eating Today (Wed.5/15) VSGers??
FYI thanks for picking up and doing this I KNOW tons always have appreciated but since I'm on and WAY off my diet my doing it is NOT going to work. I have decided to eat every 3 hours about 3/4 to 1 cup of food at each sitting. I will be GONE in Vegas from Friday to Sunday and will NOT be accountable, but you have me for the next 2 Days!!!
B: Quest Chocolate Brownie (protein/fiber bar); 2 Cups of Coffee
S: 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese; 1/4 cup Fresh Strawberries chopped & soaking in SF Torani Syrup
L: Tuna Salad (2 boiled eggs; 2oz Tuna; 2 Tbsp Mayo; Onion)
S: Lindora Chicken Noodle Soup
D: 4oz Sauted Shrimp; 4oz String Beans
S: 2oz Cheddar Cheese (if needed/wanted)
Water: Working on getting in 12 cups (1/2 way there)
Vitamins: Oh yeah
Exercise: MUST walk the dog he needs it (so do it lol)

Vitamins: Yes
Exercise: 35 min recumbant bike,30 min brisk walking at the gym
L: 3oz grilled chicken & 2 sm soft corn tortillas
