Whatcha Eating Today (Wed.5/15) VSGers??

FYI thanks for picking up and doing this I KNOW tons always have appreciated but since I'm on and WAY off my diet my doing it is NOT going to work.  I have decided to eat every 3 hours about 3/4 to 1 cup of food at each sitting.  I will be GONE in Vegas from Friday to Sunday and will NOT be accountable, but you have me for the next 2 Days!!!

B:  Quest Chocolate Brownie (protein/fiber bar); 2 Cups of Coffee
S:  1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese; 1/4 cup Fresh Strawberries chopped & soaking in SF Torani Syrup
L:  Tuna Salad (2 boiled eggs; 2oz Tuna; 2 Tbsp Mayo; Onion)
S:  Lindora Chicken Noodle Soup
D:  4oz Sauted Shrimp; 4oz String Beans
S:  2oz Cheddar Cheese (if needed/wanted)

Water:  Working on getting in 12 cups (1/2 way there)
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise:  MUST walk the dog he needs it (so do it lol)

I feel like I eat more than everyone on here!

B:scrambled egg with 1 oz. turkey and tiny bit of spinach
S:coffee with soymilk
L:2 ozs of chicken with a bite or two of broccoli
s:laughing cow Swiss with 2 or 3 grape tomatoes
D:more of chicken/broccoli mix
s:if needed, 2 ozs of Oikos yogurt

B- shake + 8g goat cheese
L - Elina's green soup without chicken + 16g goat cheese
D - 26g "white cheese" (similar to feta, more protein, less fat, less carbs)
S - 1 TBSP ground beef (lean, no oil added, fat drained and patted dry)

Liquids - 950 ml (need 1.5 ml total)
Exercise: None today.

L:  3oz grilled chicken & 2 sm soft corn tortillas
S: homemade granola square & 3 oz FF cottage cheese
D: Hebrew's 100% beef 98%FF hot dog w/1 tsp chili & 1 tsp mexican cheese & 1/2 low carb tortilla

Water: 70 oz
Vitamins: Yes

It's the Green Chicken Soup recipe. I did  it without the chicken as I'm currently having trouble with chicken.
