B: 1 hard cooked egg, 1 slice bacon and 1 Tbs low fat cream cheese
L; 1 oz ham, 1 oz cheese 2 cuke slices
S: 1 c ff milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 3 slices frozen peaches no sugar added all blended up
D: 2 1/2 oz roast beef, a little horseradish on the side
S: 1 mozzerella stick
Water: half done
Vitamins: half done

Kinda 2 weeks. My doctor recommended that I start slow but that I wasn't NOT allowed to eat anything. He suggested to listen to my body and I did. I actually waited a couple days and craved an oatmeal with all the toppings at Starbucks on Saturday. We were going out of town and I knew I could grab that with a coffee and go. So I did. I chewed REALLY good and I never had one problem. Since then I have had nuts on quite a few occasions and have been fine. I waited until 4 weeks I think to eat popcorn but haven't had a problem with that either :)

L. 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese with 2 strawberries (eating thus right now...not sure if i will be able to fini**** though)

D. Chicken salad on low carb tortilla
S. 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup all bran, 1 tbs e.d. smiths more fruit (25 calories, 6 carbs)
Water - 24 oz done
Vitamins - done...except calcium
Exercise - a walk tonight during tball practice
