Water: 16oz so far (Need A lot More)
Exercise: Walking Outside 1 Mile

S: greek yogurt with 1/4 cup raw blueberries
L: chicken salad wrap (shredded chicken, miracle whipe, 2% cheese, and low carb tortilla)
S: cottage cheese
D: left over grilled chicken

Exercise: another night of beach volleyball!

Does your breakfast keep you full until lunch time? My NUT highly recommends a snack between breakfast and lunch..

Mine too, I have my protein drink first thing, takes about an  hour to drink.  Otherwise I'm starving.

Favrow812 To be honest I'm not really Hungry at all, I'm just eating right now b/c I know I have to! Its 12:41pm and I'm not the slightest bite hungry Ill probably eat around 2pm BUT I'm sure it wont stay like this forever...

B: Hard Boiled Egg with 1 tbsp tomato basil hummus
S: Sugar Free Suisse Mocha (35 cal, 2 carb grams)
L: 5-6 oz. Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
S: 1/2 serving of Habanero BBQ Almonds
D: 3 oz. Steak, few bites of broccoli

Water: only 2 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: 45 min. cardio (Tae Bo tonight?) & finished 20 minutes of brisk walking

Hi there,
It's what I call fake coffee... but it's good!  It's made my Maxwell House.  It's an instant cafe-style beverage that is mixed with water but still has a creamy consistency to it.  It helps satisfy my sweet tooth without triggering me to want more sugary stuff.  It's made in a lot of yummy flavors but I only stick to the sugar free flavors ... Suisse Mocha or Cafe French Vanilla.  Lately I have been drinking it over ice too.  They are not rich flavors but they do the job for me.  :)

Exercise: No will do after dinner
