B: Hard Boiled Egg with 1 tbsp tomato basil hummus
S: Sugar Free Suisse Mocha (35 cal, 2 carb grams)
L: 5-6 oz. Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
S: 1/2 serving of Habanero BBQ Almonds
D: 3 oz. Steak, few bites of broccoli
Water: only 2 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: 45 min. cardio (Tae Bo tonight?) & finished 20 minutes of brisk walking

Hi there,
It's what I call fake coffee... but it's good! It's made my Maxwell House. It's an instant cafe-style beverage that is mixed with water but still has a creamy consistency to it. It helps satisfy my sweet tooth without triggering me to want more sugary stuff. It's made in a lot of yummy flavors but I only stick to the sugar free flavors ... Suisse Mocha or Cafe French Vanilla. Lately I have been drinking it over ice too. They are not rich flavors but they do the job for me. :)
