S: 2 string cheese
L: 5 shrimp, .5 oz cheddar
S: soy latte
D: egg salad, baby carrots and hummus
S: greek yogurt with bare naked protein granola

Water: need more
Exercise: some walking around and cleaning, less than 2 wks post abdominoplasty, so no exercise yet.
Vitamins: still need mult.
