Whatcha Eating Today (Tues. 5-15) VSGers??
B- Canned Chicken w/ a little lite mayo, half of a Saltine Cracker
L- 3oz of a Stuffed Portabella Mushroom w/ Chicken and Spinach
S- (Maybe) a lite Cheese stick
D- 2.7oz Frozen Bake Fish w/ seasoning
Water- 32oz (so far)
Exercise- 1 mile on Treadmill tonight (25mins)
**I'm still on mushy Stage and almost 3.5 weeks out**

L: 2oz beef patty & protein chips 225c/24P
S: Vanilla Greek Yogurt 130c/12P
D: 1oz chicken done in crock pot with veg broth 50c/8P and 1/4c lowfat cottage cheese 40c/6P
S: 1/2c lowcarb/low sugar ice cream with gluten free cone 155c/3P
Water: only 16oz so far, hoping to get in 48oz
Vitamins: none today, have to fast from them for 24 hours for blood work tomorrow.
Exercise: 4 hrs exercise ball at work/bike ride tonight.
L: 2oz beef patty & protein chips 225c/24P

Exercise- 20 minute mile with my puppies, 90 min at the gym with my daughter and a 40 minute walk with my husband

L- 1/2 scrambled egg with some roast meat and salsa
S- sliced cucumbers w/ protein enriched garlic dill dip
D- 1/2c chili and 1 T sour cream or greek yogurt and some shredded cheese
Water: 24 down
Vites: 1 B12 down, 1 multi down, 1 to go, 2 calcium and an Iron left
Exercise: probably none today
