Two week check up

Went for my first check up since surgery today; I am down a total of 30lbs since the day of surgery and 40lbs since the two week pre op appointment! How crazy! This is def. not the "Easy" way out as some would say, everyday there are struggles in the begining as you adjust. I am hoping to continue losing like this & hoping to see pants size drop!

I am so sorry about your loss of your grandpa...getting yourself healthy is the best gift you can give yourself and him...
