Please Post...
I don't remember it by weeks but I had surgery November 17th, lost 50 by December 31st, only lost 10 lbs in January but then lost 22 in February....currently sitting @ 122 lbs lost and have been for about 4 weeks now...so trying an amended version of the 5 day pouch test this week to see if I can kick start it back up...
I wasn't weighing in but every 3 months at the doctor's office. I can tell you over the first year, I averaged 10 pounds a month.
You already know that you're gonna make yourself crazy trying to figure out if you're losing fast enough, so stop it! Or, if you have to measure something, figure out how much you've lost as a percent of your total excess weight. For example, if you have 100 pounds to lose and you've lost 30 pounds, that's 30% of your excess weight. It's more accurate, and sounds a hellava lot better too, than comparing your pounds to someone else's pounds.
