Optifast...is the dizziness normal?

 Hi. This is my first post. I've gotten past 12 days of shakes and was wondering if the dizziness was usual for the optifast meal replacement? 

I'm on day 8 and while I experienced all kinds of hideous in the first 3 days including dizziness, they have all passed and the last 5 days have been much, much easier. I actually had to take to my bed with serious painkillers on day 2 as I wasn't coping at all!

It was the same when I did Opti before my band too, if I recall.

I hope it passes soon. Are you drinking enough water?

 Thanks. It is nice to know I'm not the only one.  Water is never far away, so I will keep going.
