Update on hunger issues
Thank you to everyone that responsed to my post about being ravenous every day. I doubled up on my Prilosec and can say that my stomach is no longer bubbling up after I eat, which felt like true hunger!! It's such a relief and it is so much easier to stay on track now. *whew*
I also concentrated on my carb counts this week. I aimed for 20 grams or less. That was hard to do at times, especially days I put a bit of pineapple in my protein shake, but I stayed pretty low, and that helped! I broke my stall. Not by leaps and bounds, but hey, every little bit sure helps the mind f*ck that goes on!! ha ha!!

I am having the same issue just started the prilosec 3 days ago. How long were you on it before it you realized you needed two at at a time?
