Constipation and laxatives
Even when I add fiber to my diet, i'm always freaking constipated.
Miralax never worked for me, but a similar rx laxative called lactulose has helped me. Not sure why one works but not the other because they are supposed to work the same way but I'll take it for now.
Stimulant laxatives can be really rough and painful with all the cramping - a suppository might be better if you want super fast relief (i cant even go there though...)
