HELP (Am I eating bad things??)
Mushy Stage... Green beans, Mash Pots, Ricotta Bake, Refried Beans, Scrambled Egg w/ Cheese No sugar added apple sauce.
So on Tuesday 5/8/12- My last CIB Shake, 1 flat egg w slice cheese, 1/4 cup green beans, 1/3 cup of BC Mash pots plus liquids..
Wednesday 5/9/12- 1 whole egg scrambled w/ 1 tbsp shd. cheese, 1/4 cup green beans, 1/3 cup of BC Mash Pots, Ricotta Bake 3.5 oz and .5 oz of green beans
That's just the last two days, not a lot to choose from being on mushy stage... So does this sound bad or bad choices. Any suggestion for new food would be great!!

Seconded. The pots are pure starch - empty calories and trigger cravings in many people. I'd also drop the Ricotta bake. Too much fat and not nough protein. Maybe try fat free small curd cottage cheese? You can flavor it up if you don lie it on its own.
