HELP (Am I eating bad things??)

 Mushy Stage... Green beans, Mash Pots, Ricotta Bake, Refried Beans, Scrambled Egg w/ Cheese No sugar added apple sauce.

So on Tuesday 5/8/12- My last CIB Shake, 1 flat egg w slice cheese, 1/4 cup green beans, 1/3 cup of BC Mash pots plus liquids..

Wednesday 5/9/12- 1 whole egg scrambled w/ 1 tbsp shd. cheese, 1/4 cup green beans, 1/3 cup of BC Mash Pots, Ricotta Bake 3.5 oz and .5 oz of green beans

That's just the last two days, not a lot to choose from being on mushy stage... So does this sound bad or bad choices. Any suggestion for new food would be great!!

Hi Jennifer,
Your diet seems fine to me but I wasn't cleared for veggies until week 6.
So you've lost 28 pounds so far? WTG gurl!!!

I don't know what CIB shake is but I hope you're supplementing with shakes. I'd cut the mashed potatos and apple sauce and maybe do cheese sticks and tuna.

Can you mix a tbsp of RF or lite mayo with the tune or should I just drain the water and eat it simi dry?

Eww no on the dry!!! I tried it with lite mayo and it was gross. I'm a full fat girl. I even used to put egg in it too... and mustard. It was my staple in the soft food phase! Sooo good!

 Seconded.  The pots are pure starch - empty calories and trigger cravings in many people.  I'd also drop the Ricotta bake.  Too much fat and not nough protein.  Maybe try fat free small curd cottage cheese?  You can flavor it up if you don lie it on its own.

Sounds fine to me.  Some try to cut out the potatoes, but I didn't cause I only eat 1-2 Tablespoons at a meal. Couldn't be that much carbs.

 Yeah, I wasn't cleared for veggies for at least 6 to 10 weeks, so I don't know about the green beans. I would cut the Mashed Potatoes and applesauce, but other then that it looks fine.

 My Doc told me to stop the shakes and just get my protein from food??? I havent had the applesauce yet I just threw that in b/c I have some and its on the list... What about canned chicken instead of tuna??
