B-coffee with splenda and coconut milk

B2- 3.5 ounces of chicken breast with diced tomatos and a sprinkling of cheese

L-skipped it, not hungry, but had coffee

Afternoon Snack-sugar free pudding cup wit 1/4 of a banana

D- will be leftover homemade sweet and sour pork,  Made with splenda, and no rice.

night snack- will be a Quest bar

Water-still working on it
Vits-yes
Exercise-walked for an hour, then did 75 sit-ups

B: 1 hard cooked egg, 1 slice bacon, 1 Tbs. low fat cream cheese
L: 1 oz cheese, 2 slices cucumber, 1 slice jalapeno
S: 1 c. ff milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 3 slices frozen no sugar added peaches all blended up
D: 1/4 cup red beans, 1/2 oz pork, chopped cilantro and a shake or two of hot sauce
S; Sugar free ice pop


Water: half done
Vitamins: Day and night
Exercise: (hangs her head with guilt) Nope

B: syntrax cookies and cream protein drink with almond milk (sample packet, yummy)

L: morning star farms basil burger, 3 green olives
S: probably none - pretty full
D: 2 oz.chicken, asparagus

B: iced coffee protein shake
S: 4  oz sliced apples
L: protein shake, 1oz rotisserie chicken, 1/4 of beans, 1/4 cup of chicken salad  (the food was not planned but that was instead of pigging out on donuts at a meeting).

I think I'm totally PMSing and just want to eat, eat, eat.

I totally want a coffee light frap from starbucks today, but I think I'm going to be good...

Will play tennis later tonight, not sure what dinner will be.

Just got out of the hospital from having complete thyroid surgery so been on full fluids the past few days, which means more carbs then i would like but oh well few more days and i will be back on track.

B:  cream of wheat, diet lemon pudding
S:  none
L:  cream of mushroom soup, orange jello
S:  none
D:  so far just some SF butterscotch pudding but may try some scrambled eggs later

Water:  11.5 cups and counting
Vitamins:  yupper
Exercise:  nope not for a few more days at least



what do you wanna be when you grow up little girl? i wanna be a loser and sit on the bench sir! (45 lbs lost pre op) 300lbs starting weight, currently 141lbs! Lowest has been 135lbs and hoping to get back to that.

S: None yet but maybe some of my left over spinach soyizo scramble
D: I want my chocolate protein shake with PB2. I love that shake!

It's been a bad day... but share the good with the bad right?

B: Multi-grains oatmeal
L: slice of pizza
S: soy latte
D: eggdrop/wonton soup
S: cherry fritter, as in doughnut, as in the whole thing. Oiy.

I am getting stir crazy recooping from PS, I want to be working out, but it's too soon.

Increasing my calories, well trying!

S: Premier choco protien, 1/4 frozen banana
B: 1 egg, 1 oz ham, sprinkle of cheese
L: Fage non fat greek yogurt
S: 12 almonds, 1/8 cup dried cranberries, cherries, raisins
D: 2 oz Salmon, 2 oz zuchinni

Water: 48 oz so far
Vitamins: Yes
Exercise: None!
