B: 1 cup of coffee, 1/2 cup of skim milk blended with 1 scoop protein powder and ice
S: Hard boiled egg
L: Clube "sandwich" wrap. Turkey, cheddar and bacon wrapped in romain leaves.
S: hard boiled egg, 1 oz cheddar cheese
D: 1/2 c. TJ's orange chicken (aka "crack chicken"), some steamed broccoli.
Water: half way there
Vitamins: crap! no, thanks for the reminder
Exercise: 30 minutes on the elliptical

lol, no a year and one month later. Apparently in my sleep deprived state I put the wrong year. They were born this year, and I'm 16 months out. Sorry for the unnecessary heart attack lol.

Good luck! Ours was very fast and unexpected. My son took over 2 years to conceive. I got pg with the twins 5 months post op. I hope you get a speedy BFP when you start!

Chicken, chicken and more chicken.. roasted a bird last night.
B: protein shake, coffee
B2: pizza chicken (chicken, pizza sauce, motz & a bit of chicken sausage I had left-over)
L: chicken salad
D: chicken meat with Indian spices, veggie of some sort
S: poss protein icepop?.. had a mini chocoperfection bar- very, very good! 40cal/5g carbs (3 is fiber!)

I suck today- had a lactose 'episode' this morning that has made me feel like crap!
B: 1 cup of coffee, splash of cream (BAD IDEA!). I made up a pretein shake this am with 1.5 scoops and 8 oz skim milk and am sipping on it all day
L: Greek yogurt, SF vanilla syrup, frozen peaches
S: 1 oz almonds
D: not sure
Water: only about 24 oz
Vitamins: hmmm, again I suck
Exercise: 1.5 hour karate class tonight
I have to get on the ball, ASAP!
