Over eating
are you eating wise choice snacks, the more carbs I eat the hungrier I become. Sugarary snacks should be avoided at all costs, as blood sugars peak then drop and you feel flat in the low so feel the need to eat again, empty calorie food as they dont benefit your body in any way what so ever.
I suggest to go back to basics, protein protein protein until you kick the cravings
Hi there!
I am only 8 months post-op but the best way for me to deal with my trigger foods is to avoid them completely. This means I also avoid sugar and bad carbs. It usually just takes a day of withdrawals and then I feel better and I won't crave them again. I know it's hard for sure. Good luck to you!!!

I have read on here more than a few times that eating Elina's Green Chicken Soup (for two of your daily meals and maybe with a protein shake for the third meal. Doing this for 3 to 5 days clears your body of the sugar and carbs so that you can then get back on plan.

Good luck.....you can do this if you want it bad enough...

I'm going to have to try the soup out. Sounds better than the traditional pouch test. It looks pretty customizable so you can leave out what you don't like. I'm having trouble staying on track these days. I just want to eat a huge batch of chocolate chip cookies! I have a lack of sleep due to my newborns, and I'm thinking that's causing me to want to overeat more than I normally would. Might have to give the soup/protein mix a go for a week or so.

Lost 150lbs, gained back 50lbs.
Back on track and hope to
compete as a Powerlifter soon!!
I totally agree with you......lack of sleep does contribute to overeating. There has many clinical studies to prove it. Add in taking care of newborns (I am assuming twins) you deserve sleep, bless your heart!!
Congratulations on your baby blessings and sending thoughts of sleep filled nights your way!!
