My Worst Food Habit

Eating while....

Surfing the computer.
Reading a book.
Watching television.
Anything that makes me lose track of how much I'm eating and how fast.

I think I'm going to have to start sitting at a table with no distractions to eat once I am actually eating, because I see this is already an issue while I'm on liquids.

I have to opposite problem. If im not surfing the net, reading a magazine I eat too fast and end up vomiting. So I now pre portion my meal ne for it gets to my plate and read and eat at the same time. Maybe you can portion your food prior to eating so your only eating whats on the plate?

That's interesting.  Are you in a hurry to get fiinshed or do you just not notice you're eating too fast?

I'm used to snacking mindlessly while I do these things so eating mindlessly is part of the package, I guess.

No eating at all or eating once or twice a day max.

Hi there!
I measure/weigh out my portions so I can avoid overeating. I also religiously track my food intake on My Fitness Pal to keep me in check. This also helps me make sure I get in all my protein, keep carbs low, and not to exceed my daily calorie intake.
