S:  Roadside Lemonade w/Special K Pink Lemonade (during treadmill)
D/S:  Popeyes 2 piece w/salad

Water:  Sipping on Cup 10
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  Treadmill

L: arnold thin with turkey and lite cheddar, 1 tbs lite cream cheese
    handful of bbq chips (why?-because they were there.....)
S: protein water (30g protein, 120calories), clickachino made with click, protein powder (chocolate**** and 1% milk
D: ???

Had abdominoplasty 5 days ago, so no exercise for me for a bit, getting tons of water and all my vitamins in

S: 1/4 cup special k protein plus w/1/4 cup 1% milk
L: 4 oz oven roasted chicken 1/2 oz cheddar cheese lettuce wrap (took 2hours)
S: 5 reduced fat wheat thins; 1/2 protein shake
D: 3 oz chicken thigh

Water: behind...way behind
Vites: nope having hard time
Exercise: walked 3 miles
