Fruit protein drinks, first two weeks?

Was anyone told to avoid strawberry and other fruits protein drinks the first two weeks?  I know I read it in some of my materials but can't find it now, and so maybe it's another case of drugs+my brain=amnesia?

I'd like to try some of the Spirutein samples I have.

I was told to avoid citrus fruits (oranges, lemoms, lime, pineapple, grapefruit) because the acidity. I dont remember strawberries but after thinking about it... maybe the seeds could do us harm?

I know I'm not supposed to be eating any fresh fruits. The powdered drinks don't have seeds. Huh, tis a puzzlement. I may have just dreamed it.

 I was told to avoid seeds for 6 weeks. But if you are just talking about strawberry flavored protein shakes, they are fine, just no real strawberries.
