4 week post up

Okay today am 4 weeks post up so far as of today am okay the pain on my left lower belly went away, just need to focus on my fluid intake not doing good and i see the difference with the dark urine need to drink drink drink second still constipated but the fleet help not as bad as before can not find Slim milk at the store and they ran out of fat free milk so I got 1% milk I use half milk and half water to mix with protein power whey coco and camel love it, I hope the 1 % milk is okay until i Can go to the market to get the right milk. Now about my Stall this ***** been hanging around for 2 weeks she will not leave my side hoply soon she will go away so i can stay losing again, I started at 236- now am at 215 think i gain 1 pound how, I don't know how. i hope that am not  eating to offen let me explain i will have 1 shake Maybe 2 and 4 smalls meal each meal is about 3 once 6 teaspoon and i am full . I will say I am getting to like my sleeve in the beginning i use to hate my decision because of the constipation and missing food but as of today i can really say sleeve I like you and Hoply i will start to love you soon, thanks to all the oh friends for all the great advice love ya. ps I cant wait to go to the gym was told i had to wait until i was 6 week post op need to do more walking.

I was at the gym yesterday.  Even though my surgeon said I could do any exercises at this point, I found out real quick that working on my abs is something I need to wait a few more weeks for!  I did a fast, good walk on the treadmill. 

Glad you are doing okay and the BM issues are getting better.  I had really bad constipation the first couple of weeks.  I put Miralax in my protein shake every morning, that seems to have helped a bunch.
