First.....just try it on anything you would normally use soy sauce on.... Just to get used to the flavor.
It's soy sauce and a citrus.... Most common with Lemon..... Than second most popular would be Lime.... Soy with the tangy brightness of the citrus.
Maybe first try dipping some raw veggies in it..... Nice
I will tell you how I used it to lose most my weight......
- Ponzu or Soy Sauce
- fine grated daikon
- wasabi or Colmans Mustard
This is instant flavor on chicken, beef, fish, pork, veggies.
You will get the hang of it..... Can't miss really
