whatcha eating today VSGers? Tuesday
I've been away a long time and long story short have suffered for it. I'm back hoping that reconnecting with the VSG community will give me the boost I need.....
B - Click protein shake (hot made with coffee)
S - Click protein shake cold
L - 3.5 oz roasted turkey, chopped with 6 tbs fresh veggie salsa and 100cal pack guacamole
S - Proti - protein wafers
D - I'm on the road so it will be an Ostrim stick and baby bel cheese
S - Not really sure something in the 200 cal range (ended up going out for Mexican after the bout and got a salad - about a cup of mixed salad veggies, 1/4 avocado, 3 oz chicken, no dressing)
Water 48 oz in working on the next 24 (72 oz in by the end of the day)
Final total: 1120 cal

L: 2.5 oz. steak, tomato slices
S: 1 oz. Toscano Pepper Cheese (love this cheese from Trader Joe's)
D: I really want my chocolate protein shake with PB2
Water: 5 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: 45-60 minutes of cardio. Maybe Tae Bo? But I will do it!!!
