The protein chips are made by Health Wise. I get them at my surgeon's office store. But I have seen them on Amazon as well. They are 130 calories per a 1.2 ounce bag, 10 grams Protein, 5 grams fiber, and 14 grams carbs. My favorite are the BBQ and Ranch, but they also have a pizza and salt and vinegar flavor. They really satisfy my need for a crunch.
“Not many of us are living at our best. We linger in the lowlands because we are afraid to climb the mountains. The steepness and ruggedness dismay us, and so we stay in the misty valleys and do not learn the mystery of the hills. We do not know what we lose in our self indulgence. What glory awaits us if only we had the courage for the mountain climb. What blessing we should find if only we would move to the uplands of God.? JRM
thanks for the tip....I looked them up on Amazon and $8.99 for a 4 pack is expensive...there is a suppliment place close to me (they also ship) that has them for $1.59 an individual bag (much better). I'm not sure what you pay at your doctors office but here is the link if its more than that

I'm going to order some today, they look great.

I get them for $1.50 per bag, so the $1.59 is pretty good. Expensive compared to non-protein chips... but food budget evens out since I eat so much less now. :O)
