I just wanted to add that I take the Flintstones Complete vitamins. My husband has been taking them the entire 16 months he's been postop, and his labs have been great.

Highest weight: 277 Starting Weight: 250 Surgery Weight: 241 Current Weight: 130

Goal Reached in 10.5 months :)

I took 2 Flintstones a day...that's it & got in most of my protein...I could not STAND drinking all the vitamin drinks...they gagged me...now a couple of years later, I take 2 multi-vites a day...they are delicious!!! Hang in there girl!!! God Bless!!!

I do the calcitrate chewables... (store brand) they have calcium and vit d3. They come in carmel or chocolate. Not bad they taste like a treat. As for the chewable vits... i take centrum also and I dont have a problem with them. Some of the health food store have samples for bariatric vits. Maybe you can take a trip to one and see which ones you like. Good luck...
