I GOT MY DATE !!!!! HOORAY!!!!!!!! IT IS MAY 11TH!!!! THE LIQUID DIET HAS BEEN... HELL... ACTUALLY ITS NOT REALLY THAT BAD. BUT I AM HAVING A HARD TIME WITH THE HEAD HUNGER,,,, ITS KILLING ME.... ANYWAY ANY TIPS WOULD BE GREAT!!!!

WOW!! SO awesome! SO many friends are getting their dates and insurance approval it's wonderful!! I am not sure how to get through the mental phase. I felt like I was in the zen zone or something - lol!! It just worked for me - maybe staying busy?!? How many days do you have to do it? I think mine was like 4 days before and the 5th day was no protein shakes.

Hang in there! You have a DATE! That should TOTALLY help your mental state :)

I have to do it for 2 weeks!! but thankfully i am allowed one real meal a day so i can enjoy that!!!! which is awesome!!!!!! but it only has to last the next week in a half.... its ok... i can do this......

I'm SOOOOOOO Happy for you!! Just got my insurance approval yesterday and now waiting on my date, it can't come soon enough. You'll do fine, just remember all the reasons you're doing this in the first place!!!
