I weigh in the morning just before the shower after completing all of the morning voidings.  My NUT said that was the most accurate number.  As acbbrown mentioned, its really all about the trend.

My clothes typically add about 2-3 lbs at the doctors office.  When I was bigger it was about 5.  I take my shoes off on their scale though.

Macik's scale makes me crazy!

I am usually 4 pounds heavier on his scale. That's fine though.  I weigh myself each morning in the nude after using the restroom.

Nilesmama,

I'm glad that I am not the only one.  My little bubble was busted when I got on his scale!!  Then to add to it, he tells me when he sees me at the end of May, I should have a total of 30 lbs lost...........I may have to strip in the hallway!!

Each morning after my morning business, totally nude. Most consistant number. I only record if there is a loss or every Saturday, as the official weight.

Naked!

I wake up, poop, weigh, shower.

Aren't you glad you know that about me now?

For some reason only known to tax accountants, all weight-loss patients are 5-10 pounds heavier in their doctor's office just to annoy us.

Last time I weighed at Dr.C's office...... he was in the room while his girl was weighing me......

Started taking my Levis off..... and he goes..... "Whatta ya Doin!" (in a surprised laughing kinda way)

I said, this is how I been doing it here..... we want consistency right !!!

What he doesn't know is that I have pre weighed my socks, undies and tee shirt on a gram scale and have picked out my lightest wears for the Doctors scale !!!!!

They normally give you 3lbs. for clothes.......and I was coming out ahead !!!! After I stripped down and weighed, the girl only gave me one..... which was cool with me cause it was dead on to the weight on my home scale......

Next time I'm going to do this, and I'm going to call it "The Frisco Method".

Just out the shower, nothing on. That's what I go by, not the docs!

Right after my morning pee, panties only because that's what I sleep in.  (I used to sleep in a t-shirt, but the wrinkled-up fabric under me started really bugging until I began sleeping nearly nude and realized it was my ribs!)

And that's the weight I go with.  I'm always at least 4 lbs heavier at the docs, even without shoes and jacket or sweater.
