Sausage Egg Muffins-YUM!!

 I do not live in the states. WHat are the crumbles? Can one used dry mince that has been cooked, like a meatball?

Crumbles are cooked meat that is broken into pieces. You could definately use any kind of meat in the mixture. Also, I see your question about the egg. Sorry! I used 1 egg per muffin.

OMG...six days out from surgery and I would kill for the taste of something that isn't clear liquid or protein shake. These look AMAZING!!! Bookmarked and added to my Recipe folder for the future. YUM!

 That is a "pampered chef" stone muffin pan right? I have bought 2 and both cracked right down the middle! I have stone with the handles and 2 casserole dishes, I love cooking with them!

Sorry, I just saw your post! Yes, that is a PC stone muffin pan. I am a PC freak!! LOVE the stuff. I have their cookware, tons of stoneware and just about all their kitchen gadgets. I probably would be easier to say what I dont have vs what I own. The sad part is I dont cook much any more and still have boxes of large stoneware pieces stacked in my closet. My daughter keeps telling me she is going to "shop" in my closet but I have one word for her, NOT!! :)

This one is a keeper!    Tried it with plain turkey crumbles and I love them.

In the oven as I type. But I used spicy sausage crumbles and poblano pepper. I used 3 eggs to make about 5 muffins. Also I added onion powder and a little old bay seasoning to the egg mixture. My kids are patiently waiting for them to come out.
