Hmm? No ideas on this one. I am not a fan of fish. I know the original recipe came from theworldingaccordingtoeggface's blog. I know she has tons of these on there. Maybe check it out and see if she has done one like what your looking for??

Funny you posted this because I had just popped some in the oven and started browsing the forums and seen this. LOL... Needed something quick and easy to make for dinner and just finished my last batch yesterday

Very funny!! I've seen these before but just never tried them. They are SUPER quick and easy to make. I can see these being a staple in my food plan!!

How long do they last in fridge, that will determine how many I make in a batch... Looks great....

I normally do not keep raw egg based products in my fridge for more than a couple of days. I'm kinda weird about eggs! :) I put 2 in the fridge and froze the other 4. I've heard they freeze/defrost really well. This is the first time I've tried them so I guess I will find out. :)

The thought of eggs makes me kind of gag sometimes but sausage and cheese and onions make me happy. Do you think I could do this with maybe a lot less egg and add cheese? Totally imagining hot sauce too! Mmmm!

I'm sure you could use less egg. The next time I'm going to try making them with egg beaters to see how they taste (never used egg beaters before). I ate mine this morning with some plain greek yogurt and chunky salsa. Very good!!

These look so good... But how did you only use ONE EGG? doesnt seem like it would be enough??
