Sausage Egg Muffins-YUM!!

 Ive done the mug and egg in microwave and they didn't turn out as well, very thick when finished and slightly green, lol yes green tent to it.  I will have to try the pans in the oven... Thanks!

Yes, 1/4 cup crumbles in each muffin cup. The muffin cups are full by the time everything is added.

This is exactly how I ate mine this morning. A heaping tablespoon of plain greek yogurt and extra chunky salsa. Very yummy!! :)

Anyone ever made them with tuna?  I ask because it's probably the only protein source besides eggs cheese and sliced turkey i have in the pantry, i have canned salmon too and no other food in the house, that isn't frozen.  Any ideas?
