I've made eggs a thousand ways.... I'm sure you can come up with a new fav.....

No need for gizmos, but on whim I bought one of these on eBay....makes a perfect single egg frittata/omlette.

That is soooo cute!  Along the same lines I have the One Egg Wonder pan perfect for 1 egg or 1/4 C egg beaters.  A tiny cute little thing as well for about $5 at Target.  I will now have to resst the urge to buy that little omlette maker...

Man, you always have these damn cool little things - first your little meatball maker (which I still want!) and now this!

Arrrrgh!

Buy me these things, I'll pick them up and pay you back!

Do you have TJ Maxx by you? I swear, I am a total kitchen gadget ***** and TJ Maxx feeds my addiction for super cheap! Just bought a garlic baker yesterday for $2 and a Kitchen Aid Egg slicer for $3!! And they have those little meatball trays that Frisco uses AND this omelet maker (although I use my BabyCakes Maker and that works great too and the portions are small).

Glad you posted this my MIL gave us this for a gift a few years ago. It is still in the box. Maybe now I will break it out and use it.

That looks great. And it certainly blows any craving one may have for McDs out the window!!

If you were to form a website/blog or even just start a group here on OH with your meal ideas (complete with pics), I'd be the first to join. And I'm certain many would follow.

Hint hint!! Smile.

McDonald's is from the devil! Please try to find some tasty yet nutritional and NON processed foods, they are everywhere if you just are intentional about it. I would stay away ANYTHING fast food if you can during your losing stage. Have to change the behaviors to be successful and to get to - and maintain - 100% EWL gone. Good luck, I know it's easier said then doing sometimes...

If you don't like the sausage, egg and cheese muffins---make them with turkey bacon and cheese or try 2 cheese crisps to sandwich a piece of Canadian/turkey bacon and folded over egg. You can do it better and control the ingredients!

If you do try the bagel----don't drink for quite awhile. I haven't done bread or anything like it in 2+ years but a lady in our support group said it really made her sick and sat in her stomach for a long time. Her term --- "blew up"!
