My last 7 days (per MFP) were: 1006, 1126, 1488, 1401, 1361, 937 (don't ask me to do that again) and 1191.

Of course I'm a low sodium fiend, check every label, because I bloat like you wouldn't believe. Had a day at a hair over 2000 the other day and the next morning my hands were noticeably puffed.

Edit to add: my low blood pressure would probably be better off if I did have a little more, but I had high blood pressure pre-op and got in the habit of paying attention.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

I haven't tracked it, but added it this morning b/c your post made me curious, it seems since I pretty much eat the same stuff every day I come in right around 2500/2800 every day, it does not seem too be affecting anything for me at that level so I am going to go back to not tracking it LOL

I was just curious - I'm going to try and focus on less processed food but I'm not too worried about it. General health is important but I dont have the energy to obsess over sodium lol.
