L: Alta Dena 0% cottage cheese 3/4 cup
    2 oz avocado
    4 cherry tomatoes
S: probably Fage 0% yogurt
D: probably Kirkland turkey burger w/ 1tbl. bleu cheese dressing

B: 1 hard cooked egg, 1 slice bacon, 1 Tb low fat cream cheese
L: 1/2 c black beans cooked in broth with some raw onion chopped on top, a squirt of hot sauce
S: 1 c ff milk, 3 slices frozen peaches blended with 1 scoop protein powder
D: 2 1/2 oz chicken, 1 pickle slice
S: Probably a sugar free popsicle or nothing

Water: Halfway there
Vits: yep, day and night

B: 1 Morningstar sausage patty
S: decaf sugar free vanilla coconut soy latte
L: I'm thinking a protein shake with cottage cheese in it to up the protein
D: either 1/2 a veggie burger or 1 smart dog on the grill, maybe some bean salad on the side
S: if I need it, some cheese or peanut butter

Water: sorely lacking, working on it most of the afternoon because I was lazy this morning
Vits: mostly done, still need iron and calcium
Exercise: none, still don't have permission after having my leg surgeries.

Good afternoon everyone!

B: 4.5oz of nonfat plain greek yogurt (sweetened with splenda)
S: None
L: 2.5oz of shredded pork, 1/2oz. of jack cheese, cilantro
S: ??? (I hope I don't need one)
D: Chocolate protein shake w/2 tbsn of PB2

Water: 5 cups so far
Vits: I only took my multi so far
Exercise: 15 minutes of walking & hopefully 45 minutes of cardio if I can find the time. I don't get home until after 9pm tonight!

I'm glad I read this b/c some of the stuff you guys are eating doesn't sound so bad!

I am SO bad with getting my water/fluids in because even pre-op I NEVER drank even close to 64oz a day.  Water makes me feel icky now... sorta nauseous.  Plus, all the fake sugar taste in diet drinks tasts gross to me now too. 

My taste buds have really changed after surgery.  Weird.  Everything tastes so strong now.  I can't keep anything down that tastes bad to me.  It literally comes right back up!

I also haven't had any luck finding a protein shake I like.  Can anyone reccommend a brand that tastes good.  I've only tried chocolate.  I'm thinking vanilla with a little bit of nutella, peanut butter, and/or banana might be a bit more palpable. 

I do take my vitamins!

Have you tried the MIO water flavorings? It is a liquid that you can control the amount going into your water. I'm 2+ years out and I still cannot drink plain water. I love the MIO.

You might try adding either some unsweetened cocoa powder or a teaspoon/tablespoon of instant coffee to your protein shakes. It really helps cut the "sweet". I personally like Dymatize ISO-100 Gourmet Vanilla powder. 106 Calories, 0 Carbs & 25 gr Protein. I mix mine with SF Torani Chocolate syrup, 1 heaping table of instant coffee along with my Hood Calorie Countdown milk. Either blend with ice in my magic bullet (frappe style) or pour over ice for an iced coffee drink. LOVE them!!

Today was much better, I think I'm going to survive!! :) I actually added a "meal" today just to see if it helped with my snacking. I'm maintaining between 1200-1600 calories per day. I try to plan each meal/snack to be 200 calories or less. Seems like I'm within my Calorie range. I do not count carbs!!

Pre-B: Iced SF Mocha/Chocolate Protein Shake
B: Greek Yogurt w/splenda, granola & mixed fresh fruit
S: Mini Meatloaf w/faux mashed potatoes (cauliflower, sour cream & butter)
L: Egg Salad with Club mini crackers (2 eggs, dill relish, lite mayo & mustard)
S: SF Mocha/Chocolate Protein shake blended with ice (frappe style)
D: Mini Meatloaf w/faux mashed potatoes
S: String cheese & almonds, maybe a couple of SF fruit bars (25 calories each)
**About 20 Red Hots throughout the day**

Water: 80+oz Water
Vits: all in except bedtime iron
Exercise: 30 minute brisk walk at lunch
HW: 228/GW: 140/CW: 134

 I was on the road all day so I didn't really get 3 meals but what I did eat was:

Venti Starbucks Iced Skinny Caramel Macchiato
1 Ritz Cheddar Cheese Crackerful
6" roast beef Subway flatbread with most of the bread removed
bottle of water
