PB cups=protein? Yeah...I try to rationalize that decision too.

Jo's suggestion about the Oh Yeah wafers are a good one. They def. help when those cravings start. Also pick up some PB2 or peanut flour (peanut flour is the same thing and way cheaper). You can mix it into a shake or stir it in some greek yogurt for that yummy peanut butter flavor as well.

Cortnee, I have seen them at the Vitamin Shoppe and I think at GNC.  The other kinds of Oh Yeah! protein bars are heavenly, also.  Taste like eating a true candy bar.  They aren't low in calories, really....maybe a bit less than a real candy bar, but not by much.  They have protein, however, which is better than having a Reese's.     ha ha ha!

I love PB2, and that's what makes my chocolate protein shake even better.    I have never heard of peanut flour.  Hmmmmm.  Maybe I can find that a health food market.  I can't find PB2 anywhere, so I order it online.  Thanks!!

This is the peanut flour I've ordered. I've found it on Netrition, but Amazon appears to carry it too (I think it's cheaper from Netrition and since I order nearly everything from there, I just order it there too). I've heard rumors that Trader Joe's has it or used to have it, but I've never looked so I can neither confirm nor deny.

hmmmm. A trip to Trader Joe's might be in order!!  I order a lot of my stuff, including PB2 from Netrition, as well.

Oh I know all about it.  Long term PMS sufferer here and even with the sleeve I still get pretty hungry the week before.  I know I'm about to start because it just goes away, like a switch flipped in my body.  I go from the human hoover to nothing much appeals.

Gotta work with what we've got though, so I'm trying to make the blah time work for me this month.  I'm on my second day of a planned 3 days of liquids.  Hope it will beat off the bloat, re-set my sleeve for smaller portions, and *maybe* keep the weight loss moving.

Yes!!  It IS just like a switch is flipped.......almost like you have been hearing a louds noise buzzing in your ears, then suddenly....total quiet.  I am waiting for that to happen!!  ha ha  Love it when it does, although that means the REAL fun is here for at least 5 days.

You can finish the 3 days easily, you are the master of you!!    Good luck!!

About a week before TOM, I become a bottomless pit. It happened to me a few months out of surgery and it freaked me out big time. My restriction gets looser and weird how it goes back to normal after 3-4 days. I just try to make really good food choices but I admit it's hard during those days. Wah!
