Protein Shake w/o stevia or artificial sweetener aftertaste?

I know a lot of people drink Crystal Lite and Diet Coke and are accustomed to the taste and aftertaste but I broke off from those things years ago and now the protein shakes are really disgusting.  I use that word because I tried some stevia-sweetened protein powder in coffee this morning  and had to spit it out.

Is there ANYTHING that people like me can use?

Unjury makes a chicken soup protein powder.  It's good added to water or added to other things like soups.

For protein powder without artificial sweetners, I used this all natural protein powder by MRM, during my pre op weight loss, I mixed it with Kefir but milk, almond milk and water works, I used some frozen berries with the Kefir, yummy, and i helped me lose a lot of pre surgery weight and Its in most health food stores..

All Natural Whey 2.2 lb - Natural, Vanilla & Chocolate Flavors
They make other protein too, that uses artificital sweetners and another natural one that uses eqq whites, so you have to get the right one for you;  http://mrm-usa.com/products#ecwid:category=1502414&mode=prod uct&product=6288450

Yes Sorry! So, is it more artificial then what we get from the the sugar cane plant, I have decided that it is similar to sugar, in that respect, just not as sweet but I acknowledge that is debatable...

PS Edit; I have had people that got headaches and reacted to artificial sweeteners use this protein powder in my pre surgery class and not get head aches or have other reactions from it and I will add, it is NOT overly sweet nor do I find any aftertaste, wish I could hand you a few scoops to try..... Good Luck!

From Stevias site:

Q) What is Stevia?

A) Stevia Rebaudiana is an herb in the Chrysanthemum family which grows wild as a small shrub in parts of Paraguay and Brazil. The glycosides in its leaves, including up to 10% Stevioside, account for its incredible sweetness, making it unique among the nearly 300 species of Stevia plants.

There are indications that Stevia (or Ca-he-he) has been used to sweeten a native beverage called mate since Pre-Columbian times. However, a Natural Scientist names Antonio Bertoni first recorded its usage by native tribes in 1887.

Every flavored protein is going to have sweetener of some kind or ppl couldn't drink them.

you might try unflavored protein powder. aaait does have the whey taste but no flavoring or sugar.

not sure what you would mix it with...maybe broth or something or in some of your foods?
