I was JUST reading this chicks blog where she uses chicken deli sliced meat AS lasagna "noodles"

I made these for lunch for a few days ( eggface website) and it reminds me of a grilled cheese. Also made the cauilflower pie tonight. Her cheese bake was a lifesaver during the mushie phase. Going to try some of the mini bite recipes next.

YUM!!!!!! anyone use egg as a crepe and wrap around lean meat and cheese for a burrito? I can't wait to go to soft foods!lol
