Curse the foamie!

 Curse the foamies, when will I ever learn. My body does not like sugar free chocolate. Just a little piece I convince myself will be okay, almost 3.5 months out, and still not. So sad. But weight loss continues so...I am grateful, even without the ability to tolerate a teaspoon size of fake chocolate.

Been experiencing this more often lately too...I keep trying to eat more and my tummy is saying, "are you kidding me?  I'm still the same size I was the day you had surgery so stop trying to eat more then I can hold"!!  LOL

My next move....under eating my sleeve...gonna try this tomorrow and hope it works better then what I've been doing lately, grrrr!
