please help Iowa medicare VSG wanna be's

I ask all that are willing to help comment on the below website link to help overturn the decision to not cover VSG by medicare in Iowa. I'm not a medicare recipient, however I know how much this has changed my life in the short time I have had this & the years I struggled unsuccessfully previous. I want these people to have the same opportunities I now have.
