Has anyone had there surgery by Dr. Guillermo Alvarez or Dr Joya in Mexico?
I have been researching both Dr Alvarez and Dr. Joya but have been leaning towards having surgery with Dr Alvarez. I'd avoid Tijuana. It's the 2nd most dangerous city in Mexico, Juarez being #1.
There is Dr. Aceves for $8750, there is his partner Dr. Arellano for $7500 both in Mexicali, MX. There is Ungson but I don't know what he charges. Those are probably the best of the best. Those three are also true revision surgeons meaning, even extra skill.
With Joya you have to figure in extra travel expenses as well.
