Size 10? Really?
I'm about 5'8". I've lost an average of 3 lbs per week, faster at the beginning, slowing down now (but still losing).
I don't have an exercise program. I had back surgery a few months ago and still take it easy. I walk now, but that's it for exercise. (I'm working 10-12 hours days 5 days a week. Isn't that enough exercise?)
