I remember size 11 and 13's in my teen years that was about the smallest that I really remember. In 14-15 right now myself and getting into 13's is going to be very exciting, so many clothes of my daughter's that I will be able to wear lol. She is already giving me her clothes that do fit me now but they are a tad bit tight yet.
