How do you handle stress???

I like to do things that capture my attention when I'm stressed (thereby not thinking about whatever is stressing me out).  For me, this is reading a good book, counted cross stitch, watching a movie or working in the garden.  Good luck and I hope things ease up for you.

Thank you Carmelita for your reply and sharing your videos.  Love it!  Yeah, working in Los Angeles Co. is very challenging especially now.  They have a lot of new people on the top who are trying to "rebuild" that was "working".  Badly but working.  They are implementing many new programs such HWLA (did you heard about this?) that many community partners community clinics are struggling to implement and losing a lot of money.  This program came out of Waiver 1115.  In addition, that all community clinics are struggling financially now because of that, we became like immigration agents to screen all patients and enroll (or annually re-enroll) to this program, and in addition we need to verify their LA Co residency, and income, and they did not give us a single penny to hire support staff. So we are disqualifying a lot patients who were enrolled into "free" health programs, but I will stop complaining and will thank health care reform what is happening now in health care community :-(

Thank you Jen for your reply.  I really appreciate it.  Yeah, I can imagine that this should help.  Hey, you are from Davenport? Love this city.  No wonder you like running a lot, you have a lot of beautiful places for that :-)
