Keep loving you! Not everyone is going to stand behind you but what does anyone else know what is good for YOU?! It sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders and you know what you need to do. You're going to appreciate this new lifestyle. It is worth it all the small sacrifices and worth being scared as well. We all get scared pre-op, so don't worry, you're not alone in that whatsoever! Just think of the outcome, keep the focus on all the positive that will come out of it - good luck to you tomorrow!!!!!

people say this is the easy way out..they are so wrong! In the beginning i dont see people ondiets blending food or using a cake plate to have dinner..this is a tool not the easy way out!! I wish you all the luck in the world..by day three you are going to feel so much better about it..

What does your signature say, "So in love with myself"? OK, then you wear that proudly and you go for it!

Life is too short not to live happy and abundantly! I was one of those who once thought this was the easy way out but as a VSGer I now know nothing is further from the truth!

There comes a point in life where you have to stop talking about it and just do it. People will see why you had to later when they see your success. So, CONGRATULATIONS and here's to not failing with weight loss anymore!
