beating the cold before it start

Okay oh family my date is Tuesday and still have so much to do I am drinking tea and lemon with halls cough drops don't want to catch my kids cold but i feel like its trying to come but am fighting it and i feel great still cant believe am going to be sleeve long time coming scare out my mind but i know i will be OK.

Have you tried Airborne? It works for me and some other people I know...not for everyone, but it's worth a shot. I think it's mainly Vitamin C & Zinc.

wash your hands constantly, dont touch your face, especially your eyes. Keep the kids' dishes and eating utensils  seperate. Are you taking your pre-op vitamins? I caught a cold right after my surgery and with the vitamins and healthy diet i was eating it only lasted 3 days from start to finish. I was amazed.  You should be OK. Even if you do catch a cold. I think you can still have surgery as long as you are not running a fever.
