ok so i have one more month left of supervised dieting and then i get to submit to the insurance. I have BCBS Federal.... how long did you have to wait to hear from your insurance?????

4 days after they submit it, 1 week before they did submit it to the ins co. Good Luck... Im getiing sleeved 4-23-12

VSG on 04/02/12

I have highmark blue shield. My final appointment for the 6 month thingy was on Tuesday 3/13. They submitted everything to my insurance on Monday 3/19 and I got the approval on Wednesday 3/21.
I am scheduled for surgery on Monday 4/2! I've been on a liquid diet since 3/19...it really sucked for the first 3 days, now it's not too bad.
